  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
  • All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Limitation of Liability

  • BuyOpenBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
